Hi
Sorry for the delayed response here. I see it is no longer blocked.
Thanks
Hi
See if this article explaining how we do categorization better explains how it works: https://community.cleanbrowsing.org/cleanbrowsing-categorization-engine/
The short answer is that categorify does a real-time scan. If it doesn’t match what we have on record, it updates the system in about 24 / 48 hours. So there are going to be instances where they are out of sync until the updates run.
Thanks

Hi
You’ll want to configure parental controls to prevent user changes. Here is an article that explains it more: https://community.cleanbrowsing.org/prevent-changes-on-ios-and-android-devices

Hi
No, there isn’t a way to do keyword filtering in the domain name right now. It is something we’ve considered, but need more time.
Thanks
Hi
Thanks for your note. Right now we won’t be blocking Twitter on our Free service, but you can definitely do it via our Paid plans if you like.
Thanks
Hi Ryan
Sorry, we didn’t see this post. Is this still an issue?
Tony
Hi
Best solution is not to allow VPN’s to be installed. We work to block a lot of different VPN”s and Proxies, but there are a few that have evasion tactics we’re still working on.
Thanks
Hi
I think there is an issue with thee shortcut on the Windows devices. Can you try going to C:\Program Files\bitbeans\cleanbrowsing and running the executable directly? That should do the trick.
If you delete thee desktop shortcut, and add a new one from the program files directory it should work in the future.
Tony
Hi
You could block mobile.twitter.com and other platforms like Tiwtter and Instagram via the paid accounts, but not via the free plans.
Sorry about that.
