    Hi

We don’t block this browser the same that we don’t block Chrome, Firefox, or any other browser type.

    Thanks

    Hi

Sorry for the experience. That is really weird. What filter did you configure?

Could you run these commands and share the output please:

    nslookup -type=txt whoami.lua.powerdns.org
    nslookup http://www.google.com
    nslookup http://www.google.com 185.228.168.10
    nslookup -type=txt -class=chaos version.bind 185.228.168.10
    nslookup -type=txt iptest.whois.dnscontest.cleanbrowsing.org 185.228.168.10
    nslookup -type=txt iptest.whois.dnscontest.cleanbrowsing.org
    nslookup -q=TXT mylocation.whois.dnscontest.cleanbrowsing.org 185.228.168.10

    Thanks

    Hi

You are actually right, you want to use:

    .11 for adult
    .169 for family

This will help address what you’re describing with the NXDOMAIN response being hijacked by the ISP.

    Thanks

    Hi

When you encounter a site whose purpose is not “pornography” but does allow it to be found, you can use the Adult and Nudity indicator. That will set it as Mixed Content moving forward after our review.

    Does that help?

    Thanks

    Hi

How did you try to access the router? Was it directly via an IP? Or a domain? I am thinking probably a domain. Also, Mark Monitor is a domain management platform: https://markmonitor.com/

What happens if you go to the IP for the router?

    Thanks

    Hi

Sorry for the delay. What filter are you seeing this on? I’m not seeing it blocked on our free filters. Is the problem still persisting?

    Thanks

    Hi

How did you configure the service on that phone?

When you go to dnsleaktest.com, what do you get when you run the standard test?

    Hi

Please always give it 24 / 48 hours for an update to take affect. Here is an article that helps explain how Categorify works: https://community.cleanbrowsing.org/cleanbrowsing-categorization-engine/

    Thanks

    Hi

The best thing to do in this instance is to uninstall the app, and try reinstalling it. Want to see if that works?

If the pin persists, mind trying these steps:

    Select the app to uninstall
    Press Force Stop
    Press Storage
    Press Clear Cache
    Press Clear Data
Use uninstaller app – Easy Uninstaller to remove CleanBrowsing (ref: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.infolife.uninstaller)

    Hi

We enforce the YouTube restrictions by default on the Family filter. Not being able to see the Live is a function of their filter, not ours.

    Thanks
