    I went to the website and did the Windows Install guide on each PC.  I downloaded the App and set up the Free Family Filter.

    Just after installing the filter,  we did change our internet service from a static ip address to dynamic.  We also upgraded our router after changing our internet service.

    Should I go thru the Install guide again on each pc?  Is there a way to check things?

    I’d be happy to send a screenshot, just let me know what you would like to see.

     

    Each of the computers will get that error at different times.  One of the computers will get the error and lose internet while the others are still working correctly.  Restarting the computer solves the problem.
