It’s working for me as well now, before I was getting the following error:

This site can’t be reached
http://www.mightyape.com.au’s server IP address could not be found.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS configuration
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

So I changed my desktop to Googles DNS and it could resolve so assumed it was blocked when using the family filter. I’ve re-tested and can confirm it’s working when using 185.228.168.168.
