Thanks so much for getting back to me Daniel!  I would be shocked if this uploader was used for adult content as I believe it is a fully medical company.  The uploader is installed on our computer (it goes by the name of ‘Diasend Uploader’ and instructions for installing can be downloaded here.)  When I contacted Diasend’s technical support, they indicated that I would need to ‘whitelist’ the following:
