http://www.ultimapsobb.com is used to deliver game updates for the Ultima Phantasy Star Online game server. It doesn’t resolve using Cleanbrowsing DNS. It doesn’t look like a categorization issue. Not sure what’s going on with it.

It actually does resolve: https://dnsblacklist.org/?domain=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ultimapsobb.com%2F but it was categorized as mixed content which is why the Family filter was blocking it.
