What is the best smartphone to buy?

Hello CleanBrowsing team and the whole community!

I need to buy a smartphone to work, and I would like a device from which CleanBrowsing works properly.

I would like it to be an affordable smartphone. Also, that it was compatible with applications that could prevent the uninstallation of the CleanBrowsing app, or that it functioned properly with Private DNS, blocking websites even in applications that are not just search.

I know this is not an appropriate question, as you could feel responsible for a possible purchase. However, I confirm that it is my responsibility. I ask this question only as a guide for advice.
