VPN bypass the family filter

    I am using The family filter,and it says that it will not allow the VPN to bypass the filters,but it does and when VPN is used all Adult’s domains are accessible.

    Hola, Express vpn,open vpn, hotspot shield,psiphone.

    tried them all they all bypass it.
