    While using the preconfigured Adult filter, I am unable to install or update the game Genshin Impact. I presume one or more of the game servers are blocked, but I don’t know what they are.

    To confirm this, I switched to the OpenDNS preconfigured Family Shield filter, then it started working.

    Thanks for the heads up on this. This is the first we’re hearing of this. Will have to investigate, or if you can provide a tcpdump of the requests when trying to install the game that would also help.
