Scheduling available (in BETA)

Forums General News & Announcements Scheduling available (in BETA)

We just pushed live a new option on our dashboard to allow you to create time-based exceptions (aka schedules) for your filters.

This option should give you a lot more flexibility and control to decide what should be blocked – and when.

For example, if Gaming is blocked, you can create an exception to only allow it on Weekends. Or only on weekends from 1pm-5pm.

Try it out and let us know what you think:

Note that due to the DNS caching on your browser (or network devices), it may take a bit of time for some of the changes to reflect live. For example, if your kids are on Social Network (instagram) and you blocked it at 9pm, the domain instagram.com might be cached on their Apps for 15-20 minutes. So it would only get blocked at 9:20pm or so. If a domain was not visited recently the DNS cache would not be a problem.

    thanks!
