It seems that this domain is blocked: http://www.usa.canon.com
Where all of Canon Products (Camera, Printer, etc) software and drivers are located. e.g.

May 6, 2020 at 9:16 pmIt looks like they had a DNSSEC issue for a while. It seems resolved and the domain is loading properly again.
