the problem with popups from bo 2 news dot biz is that it can advertise penis enlargement pills with offensive pictures or things like that.
While it is gray area and medically it might work and it might be a fake pill , the photograph attached to it is not suitable for children.
This is one of the reasons many adware blockers block that domain.

for now: I’ve added a chrome notification filter on that domain.
