How can I tell if cleanbrowsing is affecting an uploader?

I have recently installed cleanbrowsing on the router and desktop level at home. My daughter has Type 1 Diabetes and I recently had to upload her pump data for a remote appointment with her pediatric endocrinologist. The uploader did not work (it had worked on this computer before cleanbrowsing with a different pump, but I had never tried it with this one). The uploader support has gone through many steps to try to figure out the issue, but was basically stumped when I thought of this. She uses diasend through glooko to upload this important information. Any one who can shed light on whether I can even determine if cleanbrowsing is the issue would be much appreciated! Thanks!
Do you know the site that she used for uploading? Some uploaders are often used for sharing adult images and some of them are blocked on our family filter.
Not sure if that’s the case, but we would need the domain name to troubleshoot it.
thanks!
Thanks so much for getting back to me Daniel! I would be shocked if this uploader was used for adult content as I believe it is a fully medical company. The uploader is installed on our computer (it goes by the name of ‘Diasend Uploader’ and instructions for installing can be downloaded here.) When I contacted Diasend’s technical support, they indicated that I would need to ‘whitelist’ the following:

- diasend://prod-analyzer.glooko.com:80
- https://my.glooko.com
Thanks for being willing to look into this for me!
Hi Daniel,
Thanks for looking into this for me. The site is used only for medical purposes and medical data, so I’d be shocked if it also was used for sharing adult images. The uploader can be downloaded using these instructions. I was told that in order for the uploader to work, our antivirus would need to whitelist the following domains:

- diasend://prod-analyzer.glooko.com:80
- https://my.glooko.com
Please let me know if you see anything that would make cleanbrowsing block this. Thanks!
