    Hi,

    The Security Filter DNS prevents my Garmin scale from syncing up to Garmin. (When I remove the custom DNS and sue my ISP’s DNS, it can sync again.) I haven’t sniffed my network to find out what DNS query the scale is performing, however.

    Umm, that’s odd. Are you able to use something like tcpdump to see what query it is trying to make?
