Forcing Qwant SafeSearch

At the moment, SafeSearch is not forced on Qwant web search and one cannot use that search engine to search for images.
I have found a better way of forcing SafeSearch on Qwant : adding a CNAME for api.qwant.com that points to safeapi.qwant.com.
Oddly enough, this solution is not documented anywhere but it works really smoothly, whether you are searching for websites, images or videos.

If we CNAME the domain to that IP, their search engine just stops working.

I contacted Qwant support and got this response : “Indeed, CNAME to safeapi.qwant.com is the easiest way to force safe search.”
Too bad, it didn’t work 🙁
