DNS Logging Failing

Hi Team!!
I could use some assistance/information with the Activity Logs not collecting all DNS information. I am not sure with what information to start with but..:
I use a Asus RT-AC1900 with AsusWRT-Merlin Firmware (v 386.2), and I use the DNS Filter function in conjunction with custom CleanBrowsing Profiles. The Router’s Main DNS was set to Google (in case of guests), and every other device on the network had a specific DNS set (except for like printers/cameras/doorbell etc.) Everything was working exquisitely (except for one niggling bug discussed in a moment), until I changed the Router’s main DNS from Google to CleanBrowsing Security (The free one). The reason for this change was, in my logs, a Samsung Chromebook kept pinging “dns.google” (and while it was blocked) it was annoying. CleanBrowsing worked swimmingly on that device btw, with a Custom profile that was *heavily* restricted. Afterwards, that device started pinging ‘doh.cleanbrowsing.org’ but now the logs are missing entries and incomplete. I am currently supplanting that with the router’s ‘Web History’ function (Adaptive QoS > Web history).
Please Advise on anything I can do to restore the functionality of my Activity Logs!
Hi
Do you mind sending this query to support@cleanbrowsing.org so that we can get more information and see how we can help?
Thanks
