DNS connection issues?

Lately my router has been losing connection about every week or so, since using your free Adult DNS addresses. Is this a known issue?
It’s not my ISP and it’s not my router. I’ve checked and troubleshooted both. This happens on ethernet and WiFi connected devices.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
To be clear, my router’s (LinkSys) light is still solid white when this happens, as if nothing is wrong. If it was ISP it would be blinking. The devices are connected via ethernet or WiFi, but day something like “No internet connection”
Do you mind running a few commands when this happens for us? Just paste those in your terminal (or command prompt):
ping -c 3 1.1.1.1
ping -c 3 8.8.8.8
ping -c 3 185.228.168.10
nslookup -type=txt iptest.whois.dnscontest.cleanbrowsing.org 185.228.168.10
nslookup -q=TXT mylocation.whois.dnscontest.cleanbrowsing.orgIt should tell us more what is going on.
thanks,
I think there’s actually a defect on my router. Sorry for the bother, I’ve been in communication with LinkSys. I confirmed this still happens without using your DNS.
