Disney+ getting blocked?

Forums Service Issues Categorization Issues Disney+ getting blocked?

For some reason, some services on Disney Plus seems to be getting blocked on the free CleanBrowsing service. I am able to successfully log in and see my Disney Plus profiles, but then get an Internet error as soon as I click on any profile. This happens from multiple Roku devices and from my browser that are all on the same WiFi SSID. If I bypass the DNS filter by using the generic OpenDNS Family Shield DNS servers, it works fine.

It should not be blocked. Do you know the domain name it is trying to use by chance?

    thanks,

None of those are blocked by us. What filter are you using? The Family one?

    Also, if you go here:
    https://dnsleaktest.com/

And run the standard test, what do you get as a result? And if you visit:

    xx9811.badexample.com

    What do you get?
