Hi,
I’ve e-mailed support@cleanbrowsing.org and also posted into the relevant forum, however neither has my post appeared in the forum, nor has my e-mail be replied to.
I think this is very serious and quite appalling that websites that have been reported to contain pornographic content is being ignored.
There are tons of AI generated NSFW websites now appearing and CleanBrowsing is behind these things and the competitors are doing better with better customer service.
If CleanBrowsing is serious about protecting children and the customers, you can’t delay responses for so long. If you look at the Categorisation thread you see the last one that was posted was more than 3 months ago. This is not necessarily indicative of the last time someone reported, since an admin needs to approve a post before it even appears. My post has not appeared yet and the porn sites are still displaying even though CleanBrowsing is active on the device. Not to mention that a monthly fee is also payed but customer service seems non-existent.
I sincerely hope somebody responsible sees this post and simply fixes the categorisation issues for many many of these AI websites that generate images. Doing them one by one on the customers end does not make sense as many keep popping up.
Just make sure you don’t block the AI websites that do not allow NSFW images as they are useful to the customer and harmless as it contains no porn content.
