Clean browsing setup with MDM

Hello, I’ve recently set up, cleanbrowsing via Mozle MDM, everything works fine when connected to my home net work (where the phone was originally connected to when the set up was initiated) but when I leave the home at work and go on cellular, it seems that almost nothing is being blocked by clean browsing, anybody know what I might be doing wrong? I see there is a dynamic network option in the network tab. Does that applied to me? If I’ve got it on MDM? If so, I have set up to the dynamic option, still. No dice
