Brazil routing through USA server

When using the alternative IPV4 DNS: 185.228.169.168 or the IPv6 address: 2a0d:2a00:1:: and 2a0d:2a00:2:: i’m always connected to a USA dns server despite cleanbrowsing have 2 servers in Brazil. So i’d like to know to use ONLY Brazil servers without any connection with USA servers (because their latency is worst)
For example:
185.228.168.168 has 20ms latency (connected to IP Address 191.xx.xx.xx Hostname dns-edge-brazil-sp.cleanbrowsing.org State/Region Sao Paulo (SP) City São Paulo ISP Digital Energy Technologies Ltd.)
while
185.228.169.168 has more latency bigger than 210 ms. (connected to: IP Address 147.xx.xx.xxx Hostname dns-edge-usa-west-sunnyvale, State/Region New Jersey (NJ) City Parsippany, ISP PACKET)
While connected to IpV6 i got redirected to IP Address 38.xx.x.xx Hostname dns-edge-usa-east-newyork-c.cleanbrowsing.org, State/Region New York (NY) City New York, ISP COGENT-174)
I cant measure the IpV6 latency but considering all servers are located in USA, it would not be very different from Ipv4
Can you help me pls?
