Android device not showing on dashboard

    I am a paid user and set up the Private DNS on my Samsung S9. I also set up a separate profile for this device. It seems to works just fine (verified with dnsleak test) but no traffic from my phone shows up on the “activity” section of my dashboard. What am I doing wrong?

    It should show up right away (some times with delay of a few minutes).

    Mind sending an email to so we can investigate more?

    Thanks Daniel. Sorry should have marked this as solved. I did contact through support and Tony took care of me.
