Accidently put Youtube to restricted

Hello

I was making my filters more strict. However when I went to watch a youtube video I discovered that I had accidently set it to restricted and some of my favorite youtubers are like no videos as they curse alot. I set youtube to be allowed however no dice.

Is there something I am missing? If so what?
