I’m experiencing the exact same problem. I need to use Family Filter in order to block VPN/proxies but it’s almost impossible to use Youtube with that filter. I don’t know which one to choose here, youtube or bypass filters with proxies?

There must be 3rd option for this. Any help will be appreciated.
