It’s kind of strange because after refreshing the page it sometimes gets blocked by the search engines.
Still get the following search results: https://postimg.cc/gallery/fLsxwsz (images are SFW, just browser screenshots)

I think you can replicate it by:
– varying the NSFW search term (just enter some basic XXX words and add “site:tumblr.com”)
– refreshing the search page, sometimes it shows the search results out of nothing

Maybe it also has something to do with the browser language, mine is currently set to German.
Even though DuckDuckGo should ignore it, as search results are identical to everyone/not influenced by any algorithm.
Still replicable after changing language settings (in browser as well search engine)
