I don’t think Wikipedia should be blocked. I actually want fr.m.wikipedia.org to be unblocked.

blocking Wikipedia would definitely be over locking and I suspect many people would be inconvenienced.
i know I would consider using another another service if Wikipedia was to be blocked.
