Can you confirm the settings are still in the router? If they are, please go to your computer and paste these commands on the command prompt:

nslookup -type=txt whoami.lua.powerdns.org
ipconfig /all
nslookup -type=txt -class=chaos version.bind 185.228.168.10
nslookup -q=TXT mylocation.whois.dnscontest.cleanbrowsing.org 185.228.168.10

It will tell us more what is going on.
